Blockchain Information Bank

Description

In 2023, I initiated a project called “ChainBreak” with the goal of tackling the unique challenges encountered by journalists, whistle blowers, and individuals facing threats. These individuals often possess information that has the potential to disrupt criminal activities. The core concept behind this project is to provide protection for those who are under threat.

The aim of this blockchain technology is to function as a secure repository where data is encrypted and then transmitted to enforcement authorities. After encryption, cryptographic keys are re-encrypted, documented, and securely stored on the blockchain.

Access to the encrypted data and documents, along with encryption keys, will be granted upon the owner’s consent using their private keys.

Alternatively, in situations such as the owner’s kidnapping or demise, access will be authorized after event confirmation by a majority consensus of 50%+1 of blockchain vigilantes.

This technology seek to provide a lifeline for vulnerable individuals trapped in cycles of blackmail and threats, while ensuring that the stored information, knowledge, or files cannot be exploited for blackmail by their owners.

At the time I write this article this project there is 2 developers working at this project in our spare time. We expect to have an MVP that we can make public in late autumn of 2024 or beginning of 2025.

This project DO NOT REQUIRE FINANCING  at this stage. We may ask private parties to join our effort and finance for further development at later stages, likely spring of 2025.

FINANCING

-This project is not open for financing at this stage.
